IMP Catering & Betty Coulter Handmade Preserves are one of the same, they are run by me Ian Plumridge, and I am a real person.
Combined I am a very small Company and will stay that way. I do not have any Staff but have friends and family help when I require it. I run the Business from my own kitchen producing small functions but now mostly preserves,
Elizabeth ''Betty'' Coulter was my Grandmother and through her vast knowledge of ''Traditional Cookery'' taught me many of my Catering Skills and methods of Preserve making taken from the skills past down by her Mother Sarah Jane Saunders.
All my produce comes from ''The Fruit Shop'' based in Burghfield Common these guys I have known since the late 1960's and I went to school with them. There produce is far superior to anyone I have ever used and is the main outlet for my products. My Glass is a mixture of recycled jars but I do use a British based Company for my jars & lids when required and most importantly my Cooking Methods Are ''Traditional''.
